Our Returns Process
We hope you're pleased with your order, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, don't worry. You can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.
You can use your local postal service or a courier to send it back to us. We're based in the UK, so we don't currently cover the cost of returns for our international customers, but we'll do our best to make the process as smooth as possible for you!
To make sure your return is processed quickly and easily, we recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking information handy. Don't forget to enclose a completed returns form with your order. If you don't have one, you can download it HERE.
To avoid delays, please make sure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined in our returns and guidelines, which you can find HERE.
When you send your parcel back to us, please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging and make sure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form. This will help prevent any import charges or taxes being applied.
Finally, please note that the speed at which we receive your return will depend on the service you use to send it back to us. We usually aim to have orders processed within 5 working days of receiving them back in our warehouse.
