Do I have to pay import duties on my order?

For our EU customers all import duties are included in the final price at checkout to ensure you can enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

In accordance with the UK & EU trade agreement, customers living within the EU are now charged 0% UK VAT on purchases and orders will be delivered using an eDAP (enhanced Delivered at Place) service, which will ensure there is no additional paperwork, duties, or taxes to pay when receiving your order.
