How do I place an order using a Promo Code?

Please see below if you are placing an order using a promo code on the website:

• First add the items you wish to purchase to your basket.
• Once these have been selected, in the top right of the page the basket icon will be displayed.
• Enter the code you received at the bottom of the page where your items are displayed.
• Once entered the total deductions will have come off your order amount.

If you are using the mobile app:

• First add the items you wish to purchase to your basket.
• Once these have been selected, at the bottom of the page the basket will be displayed
• Press "Add promo code / giftcard" This will take you to a new page where you can enter your code.
• Once entered you will return to the checkout page where the deductions will have come off your order total.

Please note: 

• Exclusions do apply and if the products in your cart have not been discounted then these may not be included within the promo.
• All promo codes have expiry dates, and we will notify customers within 24 hours of when the promo will end.
• If a promo code has expired then you will be shown an error message after attempting to enter this.
