My item has become damaged over time, what should I do?

We're very sorry to hear one your items has become damaged over time and is no longer in a wearable condition.

We recommend using the contact form to speak to a member of the customer service team regarding the issue with the item. The contact form can be found here.

They will need your order number, a short description of the issue and some clear and detailed images of the damage to the item.

These will then be passed to our brands team to be assessed. Our customer service team will then be in contact to let you know the next stage of the process.
