I purchased a Gift Card but the recipient hasn't received it

If you have purchased a Gift Card but the recipient has not yet received it, then be please be aware that Gift Card purchases can usually take around 24 hours to be sent to the recipient. This is to allow further security checks on these before we can confirm the orders.

If after this time this has still not been received, we recommend either:

  • Checking the email address that was inputted was spelt correctly when purchasing.
  • Asking the recipient to check their junk/spam inbox on their email provider.

If you are still having some trouble locating this, then please contact a member of the customer service team with your END. order number and they will be able to investigate this further.
