When will my return be processed?

We usually aim to have returns processed within 3-5 working days from when they have been received into our warehouse. During sale periods these times can be slightly longer than normal due to a higher volume of returns we receive back, but we will aim to give a new estimated turn around time.

If you have sent your return back to us using a tracked service then you can check the transit of your parcel using the tracking number from your postal receipt.

We do not send notification once a parcel has arrived back at our warehouse, but once your parcel has been processed by our returns team you will receive an email to confirm this.
