I have forgotten my password – Help

Please see below on how to reset your password if you are using the website:

In the top left corner of the END. homepage please press the My Account icon.
Enter your email address, and when it asks you to enter a password you should see the "Forgot your password?" option.
Once you press this a box will show the email address you entered for your account. From there click continue, wait a moment for a message to show saying to check your inbox.
A password reset email should be sent to you within 15 minutes. The email will contain a link that will take you to web page where you can enter a new password.

Please see below on how to reset your password if you are using the app:

At the bottom of the page press the My Account icon,
Press "Log In Or Register" enter in your email address press done and then "Continue",
Where it asks you to enter your password you should see the "Forgot Password?" option,
You will be taken to another page where your email address will be auto-filled.
Press "Submit" wait a moment for a box to show saying that a link will have been sent to your email address,
A password reset email should be sent to you within 15 minutes. The email will contain a link that will take you to web page where you can enter a new password.

Alternatively, if you contact a member of our customer service team they will be able to assist in sending you a Password Reset Email.
