Your return should be processed within 3-5 working days of it being received back at our HQ.
- We do not send notification once a parcel has arrived back at our warehouse, instead you will receive an email once your return has been unpacked and processed by our Returns Team.
- You can check the transit of your parcel using the tracking number from your postal receipt.
- If you have used Collect+ to return your parcel to us and it has not been delivered to us within 10 days of you shipping it, please contact us urgently to raise an investigation with the courier. If we do not receive contact within this time frame, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist with a refund.
- Once your parcel arrives with us, our Returns team will aim to process your return request within 3-5 business days, and send an email confirmation once this is complete.
- For any refunds we advise allowing up to 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- If you have requested an exchange, a new order will be created for the new item. If we do not have your requested item in stock, a refund will be automatically processed.
- Please note that any orders purchased with Klarna can only be refunded, this is due to when the order is placed a credit agreement is created with Klarna based on the details entered at checkout, and we are then bound by those terms as part of our agreement with Klarna.
