Can I return My Order to an END. Store?

You can return your online order at any of our END. Stores within the UK. Follow these simple steps to process your return:

1. Bring your online order and the item's packaging to any END. store within the UK. 
2. Make sure to bring along a completed returns form requesting either a Refund or an Exchange
3. Once our In-Store Team accepts your return, you'll receive an email confirming that your return is being processed.
4. Please allow 3-4 days for your return to reach our Online Warehouse. Our Returns Team will then take up to 5 working days to process it.
5. Once your request has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Store returns are sent back to our HQ in bulk, so processing may take a little longer. Rest assured that we are committed to making the process as quick and easy as possible for you.
