Can I return my online order to an END. Store?

You can return your online order to an END. Store within the UK. Orders returned in store will subsequently be returned to our warehouse as our in-store team are unable to process refunds or exchanges for you in-store. The return will be processed by our returns department.

If you do not have the END. box the order came in then this is not an issue, however we will need the packaging the item came in, along with a completed returns form.

Please note, as store returns are sent back to our HQ in bulk, it can take a little longer!
