Returning an online order in Store

If you need to return your online order, you can do so at any of our END. Stores within the UK. Our In Store team will be happy to package your order for you and return it to our Online Warehouse to be processed by our Returns Team. No need to worry if you don't have the original END. box - just bring the item packaging along with a completed returns form.

Once our In Store Team has accepted your return, you'll receive an email confirming that it's being processed. Please allow 3-4 days for your return to arrive back at our Online Warehouse, where our Returns Team will take up to 3 working days to process it.

We know that being kept updated while waiting for a return is important, so we'll send you email confirmation right away once your request has been completed. If you've requested an exchange, we'll include your Exchange order number in the email.

Please note that store returns are sent back to our HQ in bulk, so it might take a little longer to process. But rest assured that we'll do everything we can to make the process as quick and easy for you as possible.
