The item I have purchased has now been included in a promotion, can I have a refund?

If an item that you have purchased has now been included in a promotion, then, depending on the status of the order, we may be able to assist in refunding the difference of this back to you.

  • If the order is still within our warehouse we can refund the difference back to your original payment method.
  • If the order is in transit then the difference can be refunded back to your store credit to be used on a future purchase.
  • If the order has been delivered then this will need to be returned back to us and repurchased at the cheaper price. Please note, we cannot guarantee that another customer won't purchase this item first.
