How do I place an order using a Gift Card? – Help

Please see below if you are placing an order using a Gift Card on the website:

First add the items you wish to purchase to your basket.
Once these have been selected, in the top right of the page the basket icon will be displayed.
Enter the code you received as it is displayed on the card, at the bottom of the page.
Once entered, the total of the Gift Card will be deducted off your order amount.

If you are using the mobile app:

First add the items you wish to purchase to your basket.
Once these have been selected, at the bottom of the page the basket will be displayed
Press "Add promo code / giftcard" This will take you to a new page where you can enter your code.
Enter the code you received as it is displayed on this page.
Once entered, the total of the Gift Card will be deducted off your order amount.

Please note:

Gift Cards can only be used in the same currency it was purchased in.
Gift Cards expire after one year from the date of purchase.
If your order is less than the total of the Gift Card then the code can be used again at a later time on another order.
If the order is more than the total, you will need to pay for the additional amount using another payment method or Gift Card
If the Gift Card has expired or has been used, then you will be shown an error message at checkout.
