Can I change/amend my order before it ships?
If you wish to change or amend your order, we allow one hour for these to take place.
Please contact a member of the customer service team if you need to make an amendment to your order, we recommend doing contact us via phones or live chat as during busy periods requests over email may not be handled within the one hour time frame.
If you need to cancel your order instead, please follow the steps here.
Please note that for security reasons we cannot action address amendments. If you need to amend your address, we would advise to cancel your order within one hour of placing, and replace the order with the correct address.
