How do I return my order?
You can return your order to us by using your local postal service or a courier. We are based in the UK and currently don’t cover the cost of returns for our international customers.
We highly recommend having this parcel sent back on a tracked service and retaining this tracking information so you can follow the parcel back to our warehouse:
Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order (if you do not have one, you can download a returns form here).
Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined in our returns and guidelines which you can find here.
Please ensure you mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
Please note that depending on the service you use to send your order back to us it will make a difference on how quickly we receive it back in our warehouse. We usually aim to have orders processed within 5 working days of them being received back to us.
