What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
If you are not home when your order is delivered then in most cases a card will be left to notify you of an attempted delivery, the courier should then attempt re-delivery 2 more times.
If this fails then the parcel will be sent to a local pickup shop location for you to collect. The location will be displayed when you check your tracking number and you will need a valid form of ID to collect the parcel.

You will then have a week to collect the parcel. After this time if the parcel has not been collected then it will be returned back to our warehouse where the order will be refunded.
