Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, at this we time are unable to change a delivery address on orders once they have been placed.
However, we do allow a one-hour cancellation period on all orders. This means you can cancel and re-place the order to the new address. Please see here on how to cancel your order.
If your order has already been dispatched, we can organise for it to be recalled back to our warehouse before the delivery takes place. Please contact us via our live chat or phone line to speak to a member of the team.
For security reasons all first-time orders must be sent to the billing address.
