Can I change/amend my order before it ships?

Sadly we are unable to amend your order once it has been placed, but we do allow a 1-hour cancellation period.

Please note that for security reasons we cannot action address amendments. If you need to amend your address, we would advise to cancel your order within one hour of placing, and replace the order with the correct address.
