What does my order status mean?
We just wanted to let you know that your order may undergo a few status changes as it makes its way through our warehouse. Don't worry, though - we're here to keep you informed every step of the way. Here's a breakdown of what each status means:
Processed - We've received payment for your order, and it's currently waiting to be picked and packed by our Despatch Team. At this stage, you won't be able to make any changes to your order, but you can cancel it within an hour of placing it if needed.
Packed - Your order has been processed by our Despatch Team and is now waiting to be shipped or collected by the courier.
Shipped - Your order is on its way to you! You can use the 'Track Order' button to keep an eye on its progress, but please note that you won't be able to make any changes to your order at this stage.
Delivered - Your order has arrived! You can use the 'Track Order' button for more information on your delivery.
Cancelled - If you've cancelled your order, it will be marked as 'Cancelled / Refunded'.
On Hold - If we've encountered any issues with your order while processing it, it may be marked as 'On Hold'. Not to worry - our specialised team is working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
