When will my return be processed?

Once your return has been received back in our warehouse we usually aim to have this processed within 3-5 working days. During sale periods these times can be slightly longer than normal due to a higher volume of returns we receive back, but we will aim to give a new estimated turn around time.

You can check the transit of your parcel using the tracking number from your postal receipt.

We do not send notification once a parcel has arrived back at our warehouse, but once your parcel has been processed by our returns team you will receive an email to confirm this

For any refunds we advise allowing up to 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. This is dependent on who you bank with.

If you have requested an exchange, a new order will be created for the new item and a confirmation email with a new order number will be sent to you.

If we do not have your requested item in stock, an email will be sent to you and a refund will be automatically processed.

Please note that any orders purchased with Afterpay can only be refunded, this is due to when the order is placed a credit agreement is created with AfterPay based on the details entered at checkout, we are then bound by those terms as part of our agreement with AfterPay.
