Receiving a Refund or Exchange

We are committed to offering a hassle-free returns process. Our goal is to process all returns within 7 working days from receiving them in our warehouse. It may take slightly longer during sale periods due to the higher volume of returns we receive. If that's the case, we will make sure to keep you updated on the estimated turnaround time.


Full Refund

We will send you an email confirmation once the process is complete. You can expect to see the funds back in your account within 3-5 working days.


We'll refund your original order to your online store credit and use it to set up your replacement order. You may receive an initial email about the refund but don't worry; you'll receive another email shortly about the new order.

END. Gift Card

If you paid for your full order using an END. gift card, the total amount will be added to your END. account as store credit. You'll see your store credit balance in the payment options in your END. account and at the checkout the next time you place an order.

Combination Payments

If you paid with a combination of an END. gift card and card/PayPal, we will refund your card/PayPal first, and any remaining funds will be added as store credit to your END. account. It's important to note that your right to return remains the same regardless of which payment method you use.
