Receiving a Refund or Exchange

We aim to handle all returns within 5 working days of receiving them in our warehouse. Upon completing the process, we will send you a confirmation email, and the refunded amount will be reflected in your account within 3-5 working days.

If you've requested an exchange, we will refund the amount to your online store credit, which we will then use to set up your replacement order. You may receive an initial email regarding the refund, followed shortly by another email about the new order.

Additional Information:

  • Gift Card: If your full order was paid using an END. gift card, the refunded amount will be added to your END. account as store credit.
  • Combination Payments: When you use an END. gift card and another payment method, the refund will go back to your card/PayPal first. Any leftover funds will be added to your END. account as store credit.
  • Please note that during sale periods, when return volumes are higher, processing times may be slightly extended.
