How do I place an order using Store Credit?

Please see below if you are placing an order using store credit on the website:

  • First add the items you wish to purchase to your basket.
  • Once these have been selected, in the top right of the page the basket icon will be displayed.
  • At the bottom of the page "Checkout Securely" will be displayed.
  • From here you will be taken to the checkout page.
  • After selecting your shipping address and delivery option, you can select your payment option.
  • Pressing "change" will display extra payment options and from here you can choose the store credit that has been added on to your account.
  • Your total will then be updated with the amount that has been taken off.

 

Please see below if you are placing an order using store credit on the app:

  • After selecting your shipping address and delivery option, you can select your payment option by pressing "Payment Details".
  • This will display extra payment options and from here you can choose the store credit that has been added on to your account.
  • Your total will then be updated with the amount that has been taken off.

 

Please note:

  • Store credit expires after one year from the date it was added to your account.
