How do I enter for a Launch?

Please see below on how to enter for a launch via the website:

To begin with make sure you are signed in to your account.
Navigate to the launches page at the top of the homepage.
From here you can find products that are due to launch on the site and have previously launched.
Select the item you wish to enter for, and press "Enter Draw" on the product page.
You will then be shown an entry form where you must select the size of the product, the address you want this sent to (if you are to win) and the payment method you want to pay with.
You will need to check the box that reads "I understand that if I win the draw, the item will be dispatched and I will be automatically charged". The total price you will be charged is displayed underneath this message.
Press "Enter Draw", wait a moment until a message displays wishing you luck and shows you the date and time of the when the draw is set to take place.

If you are using the mobile app:

To begin with make sure you are signed in to your account.
Navigate to the launches page from the menu, which you can find by pressing the search icon at the bottom of the page.
From here you can find products that are due to launch on the site and have previously launched.
Select the item you wish to enter for, and press "Enter Draw To Purchase" on the product page.
You will then be shown an entry form where you must select the size of the product, the address you want this sent to (if you are to win) and the payment method you want to pay with.
You will need to check the box that reads "I understand that if I win the draw, the item will be dispatched and I will be automatically charged". The total price you will be charged is displayed underneath this message.
Press "Enter Draw To Purchase", wait a moment until a message displays wishing you luck and shows you the date and time of the when the draw is set to take place.

Please note:

We will confirm your entry by sending you an email, this can take up to an hour to be sent depending on how many entries we are processing. Some more popular items can take longer.
Please be aware of the time the draw is set to take place as this will determine when you receive your result notification.
Winners will be notified via email within 3 hours of the draw ending, or within a few minutes via push notification if you have our app.
An email will still be sent if you are unsuccessful, however depending on the amount of entries the email might take some time to come through.
