Can I cancel my order?

We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, and we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. That's why we offer all our customers the option to cancel their order within one hour of placing it. If you need to cancel your order, please follow the simple steps below:

  • Log in to your END. account.
  • Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.
  • If the order was placed less than an hour ago, you will see a 'CANCEL ORDER' button at the bottom of the order summary.
  • Click on the button, and confirm your cancellation request by clicking 'CANCEL ORDER' again.
  • Please note that once an order is canceled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.
  • Refunds may take around 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

It's important to remember that we only allow a one-hour self-cancellation time on all orders. If the 'CANCEL ORDER' button is not showing at the bottom of the order summary, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
