I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

My shipment notification is missing items:

Occasionally, we may not be able to fulfil your order as some items are out of stock. If you've received a shipment notification and some items are missing, this may be why and we're extremely sorry for any disappointment caused.

You will receive an email confirming the refund within 48 hours of your order being shipped and the funds will arrive back on your original payment within 3-5 working days.

My order has arrived and some items are missing:
We're sorry to hear you've received your order and it is missing an item.

Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the name of the item that is missing from your order. We may also need to see images of the packaging your order was sent in.
