My order is showing to have been delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear you haven't received your order from us. To begin with, we recommend double checking your tracking information to see if this has been left by the driver at a neighbours address or a nominated safe place around the property.
It may have also been taken to a pick up shop to collect, this information will be available via the tracking website for the courier that delivered your parcel.
If after checking this information you can still not locate your parcel, then please contact our customer service team. We will need your order number and tracking number so our internal team can begin investigating this with the courier.
