What if I miss My Delivery?

If you miss your delivery, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver it. If they still can't reach you, they will leave a card with all the information you need to pick up your parcel at the local depot.

You can find the depot location by checking your tracking details via the courier website. Remember to bring a valid ID to collect your parcel. You have a week to pick up your parcel. If it remains uncollected, we will refund your order once it's returned back to us.
