We aim to handle all returns within 5 working days of receiving them in our warehouse. Upon completing the process, we will send you a confirmation email, and the refunded amount will be reflected in your account within 3-5 working days.

Gift Card: If your full order was paid using an END. gift card, the refunded amount will be added to your END. account as store credit.

Combination Payments: When you use an END. gift card and another payment method, the refund will go back to your card/PayPal first. Any leftover funds will be added to your END. account as store credit.
