Using Online Store Credit

Here's how to place an order using store credit on our website:

• Once you’ve added all items to your basket, click 'Checkout Securely' to proceed to our checkout page.
• After choosing your shipping address and delivery option, select your payment method.
• Clicking on "change" will show additional payment options. You can choose the store credit that has been added to your account.
• Your total amount will be updated to reflect the store credit deduction.

Just a friendly reminder:

• Store credit expires after one year from the date it was added to your account.
• If your order total is less than the Store Credit value, you can use the remaining balance on another order later.
• If your order total is more than the Store Credit value, you'll need to pay for the additional amount using another payment method.
