END. Launches Terms and Conditions

To enter an END. Launch, please note the following terms and conditions:

• You must have an END. Clothing account to enter.

• Only one entry per person per launch product is allowed.

• Once you register, registration details cannot be amended.

• Members of the same household may enter the same launch, but each entry must use a separate END. account and different payment methods.

• Purchases are only valid for the registered email, shipping address, product, size, and payment method specified at registration.

• The opportunity to purchase is subject to stock availability.

• Entries cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to anyone else. Any such activity may result in disqualification.

• Entries hold no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or credit.

• Only the registered account holder may purchase the launch product.

• The entry process is subject to change at END.'s discretion at any time.

After the draw closes, customers will be notified by email within 3 hours if their entry has been successful.

END. reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of entering a draw and/or product purchase or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of registration and/or product purchase may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, END. reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entering a draw constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, which are final and binding in all matters related to registration and launch product purchase. Eligibility is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
