We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving them in our warehouse. Once complete, we'll email you a confirmation. Your refund will appear in your account within 5 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Gift Card Payments: Refunds are automatically added to your END. account as store credit to be used online.
Combination Payments: Refunds are applied to store credit first. If you’d prefer a refund to your original payment method, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to help.
Busy Periods: During sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
