Returning an Order

  • Customers have 30 days to return orders from the date the order is delivered, for a full refund, exchange or refund to online Store Credit.
  • We understand that it can take some time for returns to reach us, especially if these are being sent internationally. 
  • The return does not need to arrive back at END HQ within the 30 day returns policy it simply needs to be in transit back to us within that time. 
  • Once it arrives back with us, our returns team should process the return within 3-7 working days and send an email confirmation once it is complete.
  • Orders will be refunded to the original method of payment, or a new order will be created for an exchange if requested. 
  • For any refunds we advise allowing up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in their account.

How to return:

  1. Complete your Returns Form and securely package your order with it. 
    Don’t have a form? Download one from our website HERE.
  2. Generate a QR code for your return using the Royal Mail Return Portal: 
    https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5861
  3. Drop off your parcel at your nearest Royal Mail Depot. Keep your receipt and tracking number.

Returns can take up to 5 working days to arrive and be processed. We will email you once your refund or exchange is complete.
