Returning an Order
You can return an order to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.
We provide a Free Royal Mail Service to keep it hassle-free. Here's how you can do it:
- Fill out your Returns Form and securely package your order with the enclosed form. If you don't have a Returns Form, you can download one from our website HERE.
- To generate a QR code that you can use to return, please access the Royal Mail Return Portal via the link below and fill in some basic information about your parcel.

- Drop off your order at your nearest Royal Mail Depot, and you can track it using the Royal Mail tracking reference provided. Please retain your receipt until your parcel arrives safely with us. It may take up to 5 working days for it to arrive.
- Once we receive the returned order, we aim to process all Online Returns within 5 working days. We'll then send you an email confirmation that your refund has been processed or that your exchange has been actioned.
Here are a few additional things to keep in mind:
- If you'd like to have your parcel collected instead of dropping it off at the post office, you can use the link above, but there is a fee for this service.
