Returning an Order
You can return an order to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.
We provide a Free Royal Mail Service to keep it hassle-free. Here's how you can do it:
- Fill out your Returns Form and securely package your order with the enclosed form. If you don't have a Returns Form, you can download one from our website HERE.
- To generate a QR code that you can use to return, please access the Royal Mail Return Portal via the link below and fill in some basic information about your parcel.

- Drop off your order at your nearest Royal Mail Depot, and you can track it using the Royal Mail tracking reference provided. Please retain your receipt until your parcel arrives safely with us. It may take up to 5 working days for it to arrive.
- Once we receive the returned order, we aim to process all Online Returns within 5 working days. We'll then send you an email confirmation that your refund has been processed or that your exchange has been actioned.
Here are a few additional things to keep in mind:
- If you'd like to have your parcel collected instead of dropping it off at the post office, you can use the link above, but there is a fee for this service.
- Please ensure your return is well-packaged and meets all the conditions outlined in our returns and guidelines. You can find them HERE.
Christmas Returns 2024
We have extended our usual returns policy to give customers peace of mind when shopping during the festive period.
We will offer a refund for items purchased online from Friday 15th November 2024, as long as they are returned to us by Sunday 5th January 2025.
Items must be returned unworn and in perfect saleable condition within their original packaging.
