Can I Return My Order To An END. Store?

You can return your online order at any of our END. stores in the UK. Just follow these simple steps:

Bring your order and the item’s original packaging to any store.

Include a completed returns form stating whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

Once accepted by our in-store team, you’ll receive an email confirming your return is being processed.

Allow 3–4 days for your return to reach our Online Warehouse. Our Returns Team will then take up to 5 working days to complete it.

Once processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email.
