Delivery services and times depend on your location. View available shipping options HERE.

We aim to ship all orders promptly to meet the estimated delivery times shown at checkout. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

We'll notify you once your order has shipped and you can the delivery from your account.

Please note

Delivery times may occasionally be impacted by external factors outside our control. If any issues arise, we’ll keep you informed.
We are unable to make changes to your delivery. To choose an alternative delivery method, the order would need to be cancelled, in line with our cancellation policy, and a new order created, with the new delivery service.
We cannot split or combine shipments. Each order is shipped as one package, except for larger orders requiring multiple packages.
