What does my order status mean?

Your order goes through several status updates as it moves through our warehouse:

Processed – Payment received; your order is waiting to be picked and packed. Changes aren’t possible now, but you can cancel within one hour of placing it.

Packed – Your order is packed and waiting for courier collection.

Shipped – On its way! Track your delivery using the ‘Track Order’ button. Changes can’t be made at this stage.

Delivered – Your order has arrived. Track details remain available.

Cancelled – Your order was cancelled and refunded.

On Hold – There’s an issue with your order. Our team is resolving it. Contact Online Customer Service for updates.
