I've encountered an error message while using the app / website.

If you're running into an error message while browsing the site, we'd recommend attempting the following:

  • Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve access issues.
  • Update the App: Ensure that you have the latest version of our app installed on your device.Check Internet
  • Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Try a Different Browser or Device: To rule out a device issue, try accessing the website from a different browser or device.
  • Turning off your VPN, if using one.

     

If the error persists after completing the previous steps, then please contact a member of the team with either the following information:

  • A screenshot of the error.
  • The device used (e.g. IPhone, Android, desktop).
  • Whether you were using the website or app.
  • The country you're contacting from.
